TERMS:  cash, check with ID, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit cards.  Standard 10% buyer's premium.  Everything is sold "as is, where is.  Buyers are responsible for purchases when Auctioneer says "sold".  The last & winning bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding.  All sales are final.  All purchases must be paid for before the buyer leaves the premises.  Auctioneers are acting as agents only.  Announcements by Auctioneer take precedence over printed material.  Upon registration to bid, buyer agrees to these terms & conditions of sale.  The Auction Service is not responsible for errors & omissions.
