PLEASE NOTE: we have been
commissioned to sell the contents of garages and yards on 2 adjacent properties.
The garages are packed full, so we are not able to see, list, or picture all.
Bring your lunch and drink for both days. Saturday's items cannot be viewed on
Friday (no exceptions).
Due the heat, our plan for both days is to
sell the outside items first thing in the morning (with the exception of the
tractor). Then we will go into the garages to get out of he sun.

Master Card, Visa, Discover, & debit cards. Standard 10% buyer's premium.
Everything is sold "as is, where is". Buyers are responsible for purchase
when auctioneer says "sold". All sales are final unless misrepresented by
auctioneer. All purchases must be paid for buyer leaves the premises
unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneer. Announcements made
by the auctioneers take precedence over printed matter. Upon registration
to bid, buyer agrees to these terms of sale.
