Buyers are responsible for purchase when auctioneer says "sold".  All sales final unless misrepresented.  All purchases must be paid for before buyer leaves the premises unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneer.  Announcements made by auctioneers take precedence over printed matter.  Upon registration to bid, buyer agrees to these terms of sale.
