AUCTION TERMS:  cash, check with ID, MasterCard, Visa & Discover.  Standard 10% buyer's premium.  Everything sold "as is, where is".  Buyers are responsible for purchases when auctioneer says "sold".  The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding.  All sales are final.  All purchases must be paid for before the buyer leaves the premises.  Auctioneers are acting as agents only.  Announcements by auctioneers take precedence over printed material.  Upon registration to bid, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of the sale.  Auction Service is not responsible for errors & omissions.
