this home. Each day we will sell till dusk. If we cannot sell all by
Saturday, the remainder will be moved & sold at the Fairgrounds.

DIRECTIONS: From I-40, take Exit
51and go south on Stockton Hill Rd. Continue on Stockton Hill Rd., cross
Andy Devine Ave (Rte 66) and the road becomes Hualapai Mountain Rd. Continue on
Hualapai Mountain Rd and turn left on Eastern. Turn right on Louise and
drive to Rancho Santa Fe. In Rancho Santa Fe, turn left on to Mountain
Trail and turn Right on to Cross Four.
TERMS: cash, check with proper ID,
MasterCard, Visa, Discover, & debit cards (there will be a 2% surcharge for use
of a credit/debit card. 10% buyer's premium; Purchaser is
responsible for purchases when auctioneer says "sold". All sales are final
unless misrepresented by the auctioneer. All purchases must be paid for
before buyer leaves the premises unless prior arrangements are made with the
auctioneer. Announcements made by the auctioneer take precedence over
printed matter. Upon registration to bid, buyer agrees to these terms and
conditions.
