TERMS:  cash, check with ID, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, & debit cards.  Standard 10% buyer's premium.  everything is sold "as is, where is".  Buyers are responsible for purchases when auctioneer says "sold".  The last and winning bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding.  All sales are final unless misrepresented.  All purchases must be paid for before the buyer leaves the premises, unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneers.  Auctioneers are acting as agents only.  Announcements by auctioneers take precedence over printed matter.  Upon registration to bid, buyer agrees to these terms of sale.
