TERMS:  cash, check with proper ID; Master Card; Visa, Discover,& debit cards (there is a 2% surcharge for use of a credit/debit card); 10% buyer's premium.  Purchaser is responsible for purchases when auctioneer says "sold".  All sales are final unless misrepresented by the auctioneer.  All purchases must be paid for before buyer leaves the premises unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneer. Announcements made by the auctioneer take precedence over printed matter.  Upon registration to bid, buyer agrees to these  terms and conditions.

DIRECTIONS:  Take exit 51 in Kingman and turn north on Stockton Hill Rd.  Drive north to the northern part of the city and turn right on to Northern Ave. Go about 2 1/2 miles, pass Bank St., and turn left on to Castle Rock. Then take a right on to Ryan.  ARROWS from Stockton Hill Rd.
