Everything is sold "as is, where is".  Buyers are responsible for purchases when auctioneer says "sold".  All sales are final unless misrepresented.  All purchases must be paid for unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneers.  Announcements made by auctioneers take precedence over printed matter.  Upon registration to bid, buyer agrees to these terms of sale.
