TERMS:  cash, checks with proper ID, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, & debit cards (there is a 2% surcharge for use of a credit/debit card.).  10% buyer's premium.  Buyer is responsible for purchases when auctioneer says "sold".  All sales are final unless misrepresented by the auctioneer.  All purchases must be paid for before buyer leaves the premises unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneer.  Announcements made by the auctioneer take precedence over printed matter.  Upon registration to bid, buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

DIRECTIONS:  Take Route 66 east out of Kingman.  At mile marker 71, turn left on to Concho Drive taking you in to Valle Vista.  From Concho Drive, turn right on to E Concho Place.  Arrows from Route 66.
