TERMS:  cash, check with proper ID, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, debit cards (there is a 2% surcharge for use of a credit/debit card).  10% buyer's premium.  Purchaser is responsible for purchases when auctioneer says "sold".  All sales are final unless misrepresented by the auctioneer.  All purchases must be paid for before buyer leaves
the premises unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneer.  Announcements made the auctioneer take precedence over printed matter.  Upon registration bid, buyer agrees to these terms & conditions.

DIRECTIONS:  From I-40 9 miles east of the California border, take Exit 9 on to AZ95.  Take AZ 95 south to Lake Havasu City and turn left on to Palo Verde South.  You will pass Palo Verde North (or west) on the way down - do not turn there.  Palo Verde South is off Rte. 95 a couple of streets or so on this side (north) of the London Bridge.  ARROWS from AZ 95.
