All sales are final unless misrepresented by the auctioneer.  All purchases must be paid for before buyer leaves the premises unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneer.  Announcements made by the auctioneer take precedence over printed matter.  Upon registration to bid, buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
