1946 Ford Super Deluxe 4-door sedan, V-8, restored.  A pretty car with suicide doors (engine hood is mot attached and some wiring work is not finished in the steering column).  The car has not been run for a few years so we will not have it running.  STARTING BID:  $3500.00

AUCTION TERMS:  cash, check with ID, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover.  Standard 10% buyer's premium.  Everything sold "as is, where is".  Buyers are responsible for purchases when auctioneer says "sold".  The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding.  All sales are final.  All purchases must be paid for before the buyer leaves the premises.  Auctioneers are acting as agents only.  Announcements by auctioneers take precedence over printed material; Upon registration to bid, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of the sale.  Auction Firm is not responsible for errors or omissions.
