PLEASE NOTE:
We will sell 3 complete estates from Kingman along with additions from area
homes. Most items are in "like new" condition. We are using 2 large
rooms (that's 12,000 sq ft) to help prevent crowding. By having this large area, we will be able to
practice social distancing. We are utilizing a Friday afternoon preview to
cut down on the Saturday morning crowd size. Also, we will sell boxed lots,
small appliances, tools, & miscellaneous items

MasterCard, Visa, Discover. Standard 10% Buyer's Premium. Everything is
sold "as is, where is". Buyers are responsible for purchases when
auctioneer says "SOLD". The last and winning bid at an auction is an oral
contract and is legally binding. All sales are final. All purchases must
be paid for before the buyer leaves the premises. Auctioneers are acting
as agents only. Announcements by auctioneers take precedence over printed
